Does it cost members anything?

No. Members pay the normal price; the cashback is funded by merchants.

Can an organization ever owe money?

No. The fee comes only out of cashback and is capped at the cashback earned.

Is cashback a discount at the register?

No. It is credited after the purchase. Merchants may optionally add promotional discounts.

How are purchases tracked?

Through a barcode scanned by the merchant's existing POS (via integration), card-linked offers, or affiliate links for online and service purchases.

How big is the network?

We are in the pilot stage. Reach estimates shared during early conversations (about 4 million people across the US and Canada) are a claim and have not been independently verified.

Which countries?

We are starting in the USA and Canada and are exploring the UK, Germany, France and Australia.
